The "Thanks for Coming" award is Carnegie's least prodigious title to behold.
It is awarded by the Captain at close of play after a fixture and is awarded to the player whose most impressive contribution to play was turning up at the start of the match.
It is a bit of fun, so please don't be too disheartened if you are awarded it.
Captain's decision is final, he may be willing to take bribes, but the decision is solely his.
