Match report It was billed as the 'Second Coming of the Rooster' but he was overshadowed on debut by the ever improvong Owen Goody. Carnegie lost the toss and were asked to bat first for the first time ever. Ross was bowled for a second ball duck but D-Ream put last weeks duck out of his mind and balsted 13. D-Ream and JP fell in quick succession leading to Mitchell and the explosive Lafferty pushing the total up towards 100. Mitchell was bowled in the quest for quick runs bringing Goody to the wicket. Goody smacked a 3 through point and a 3 and 4 over mid off as he made an FPL record 15 not out. Lafferty finished on 32 not out as the Comets posted 117-4 in 20 overs.

Dunnikier got off to a flier before Mitchell picked up regular wickets to leave the game in the balance. Craig Drysdale played the match winning innings of 31 not out to give the visitors victory by 3 wickets with 14 balls to go.

Carnegie were excellent in the field with Shunter and JP leading the way.

Owen just pipped Micth to Man of the Match while TFC went to Rooster Ross.
